CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please be aware that due to the fact that these items are made from repurposed and recycled decorations they are not machine washable. Wipe them clean gently if necessary, do not submerge in water and avoid using harsh cleansers or heat as this can cause colour transfer.
Please also keep away from naked flames and fire for safety purposes.
Beware of spraying perfume and body sprays on them as certain ingredients in them can cause colour transfer. If in doubt wear darker tinsels with darker coloured clothing.
Care labels are included with each item (due to each one being slightly different) Please take note of these to ensure you and your cape sparkle as best they can. But you can always check the CAPE CARE section in the footer menu.

All items will be sent Royal Mail Tracked
If you would like a different postage option and need something sooner please get in contact and we will try to accommodate.
All items are made to order and will be ready to dispatch within 3-5 business days of order and payment being received. The exception to this is the new Disco Party Capes which are on a 10 day turnaround, if you order other accessories at the same time as a cape then everything will be despatched at the same time. If you require something sooner then please as always get in touch to see if we can make it work within your timescale.
For custom items a clear timeline will be set at time of ordering.
Everything you see is handmade, by me. I take great pride in what I do and have worked hard to bring you some quality products that I hope you will love.
As stated in the listings, earrings are non-refundable unless they are faulty. This is for hygiene purposes.
Sale items are protected under normal refund rules.
Everyone loves a bargain and occasionally we run sample sales. During these events, all items which are marked SAMPLE or SECOND are sold as seen and described. These are items which have minor flaws and were either created as part of the design process or didn't quite meet the usual quality standards. They are still working, functional items being sold with stated flaws at a reduced rate and clearly marked as to what to expect.
If there are any issues please get in touch first and to see if we can come up with a solution.

Once items have been dispatched you will receive a notification that your items are in the postal system. If I have tracking details these will be included. I have no control over the post so can only advise you to order as soon as possible and or select tracked as a postage option if you require something quickly. Any issues then please get in touch.
