We happily accept most unmade/unworn merchandise in the original packaging within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit. Please include the original invoice, as well as any gift with purchase. If you have questions, please email us.
Name necklaces/hen party kits - these are personalised so can't be returned. Please choose carefully and contact us if there is anything you are unsure about!
Earrings - for hygiene reasons we can't take these back.
For all other items, all we ask is that the item is:
- Unworn
- In the same condition we sent it to you
- In its original packaging
- Wrapped carefully and securely in its box in a well-sealed padded envelope.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To keep your Working Clasp jewellery in ship-shape, here are some easy care instructions:
Store your jewellery in a pouch or box
Clean gently with a soft cloth
Avoid sleeping, showering or exercise while wearing your jewellery
Avoid dropping your jewellery onto hard surfaces as the impact can weaken or break the piece.
Before using sprays and creams (think soap, perfume, moisturiser and suncream) remove your jewellery as they may cause corrosion.
