Laura took her unique gamified learning on the road with 3 UK Tours before channelling the lived experience and rage of her ‘Leopard Print Army’ of global ADHD AF listeners into a national network of free in-person ADHDAF+ ADHD Peer Support Groups.


The Founder and CEO of ADHDAF+ is launching the Charity’s first Live Event Series funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, in collaboration with The National Trust.

Laura has featured in The Independent, and the BBC in multiple forms; including Woman’s Hour, several BBC Radio stations and BBC TVappearances; including a BBC News Now live studio interview.

Also a prolific Podcast Guest on leading ADHD shows; including Understood.org and many more.

The three times National Diversity Awards Nominee, was invited to attend an APPG event at the House of Commons, reflecting national recognition of the challenges faced by women with ADHD and ADHDAF+’s role in representing this community.

A prominent Keynote Speaker and festival favourite - even hosting an ADHD AF Tent at Flackstock. She has supported the likes of Paul Whitehouse and Dr Mine Conkbayir on tour, and is one of Lu in Lu Land’s Self Love Revolutionaries.

Widely recognised as an authority in her field, she brings her electric energy to the page; quoted in and invited to write the foreword for several ADHD books. A leading voice for what the press has called ‘the lost generation of ADHD women’ - Laura writes the ADHDAF+ Charity Blog and she is a Columnist for Anthem’s ADHD Magazine; where the ‘rebel with a cause’ continues her relentless mission of ADHD education, experiential validation and shame eradication in leopard print!
